The employee was granted a credit in the amount of 1,200 EUR (that is, 12 installments each 100 EUR).

Since the employee already paid off 7 installments in the amount of 700 EUR, charge the remaining 5 installments in the amount of 500 EUR off his salary.

The first payment is due 2008-09.

 

Open Credits panel in Personnel l Employee Files l Position/Salary l Credits.Click a line in the panel and enter missing information.

To add a new line press Insert or down arrow key.

Enter the period when the first credit installment will be deducted in the Credit Details section. In this case enter period 2008-09. Then enter number of installments (12) and the amount of installment (100 EUR). The total credit amount (Value) and period to which the credit must be paid off (Period To) are calculated automatically.

Enter paid-off installments in the Paid Installments dropdown window (7 installments in the total amount of 700 EUR).

To close Paid Installments dropdown simply click 080684.gif. The number of installments left is reduced automatically.

That is, from 12 to the remaining 5 installments. The amount in the Amount Left is simultaneously lowered from 1200 to 500).

After charging an installment for period 2009-09 to employee using Payroll Preparation module, the amounts in the Installm.Left and Amount Left fields are reduced accordingly.

On the other hand, the amounts in the Installm. Paid and Amount Paid are increased accordingly.
