Reverse calculation

In the preparation of the payroll calculation we select an employee, we want to do the reverse calculation, in our case this is Abdula Abi.

Reverse calculation we can only do, if the calculation Finished. In this case, in the preparation the button for the reverse calculation turns red for the employee  button for reverse calculation – red calculator).

When we select the button Reverse, the program ask us, if we really want to reverse payroll calculation for employee Abdula Abi?

 If we select button NO, the calculation does not revers, but if we select YES, than we receive an information about a new Pay Slip Number, where the reverse calculation was created.

Reverse calculation actually creates duplicated calculation with the negative amount, a new number of pay slip, with the same period date, calculation date and tax date.

Stornacija obračuna naredi dejansko podvojen obračun vendar z negativnimi zneski, z novo številko obračuna,  z enakim datumom obdobja, izplačila, obračuna in davka.

If we want to do the correction, than we need to create new calculation with the same process as other calculations.

For reverse calculation we need do the posting, where it goes into minus.
