Sending annual leave decrees by e-mail

 

79176.gif By sending encrypted pay slip via e-mail we need to have set the settings below:

 

1. Administration Panel

Administrator Panel | ... | Internet confirmed switcher Encrypt Attachments. In we want that employees returns us a receipt of receiving the pay slip, we need to check the box Return Receipt.

 

2. Employee Files

In the Header of employees file in the field E-mail we enter employees e-mail and the password, with which employee will be able to open his/her pay slip

 

3. Annual leave Reports

In payroll preparation through button payroll report by pressing on the button  by pressing on the button  a new form opens up Send Pay Slips to Employees by E-Mail.
