Import Data for Payroll

Form for import Data for Payroll we open through Average Salaries by pressing on the button  and select Transfer register.  

 

Period From / To

We select the period from / to for which period we would like to import data. As predefined the field is filled by period from Average Salaries increased by one. We can select also longer period, eg from 2019-01 to 2019-09.

Days per Month

From the table we select the column where we would like to import actual days per month. We can select between only those columns we have selected in settings in program parameters.

Here we cannot select predefined columns like:

  • Average salary (Factor 1),
  • Minimum salary (Factor 2) in
  • Required ours/mth (Factor 3).

Prepare

By pressing on the button data are imported from SURS or rewrites form Average Salaries.

In case data for a specific period is not on a SURS page, the program will report a message:

 

Filled are only the data for columns Average Salary (Factor 1), Minimum salary (Factor 2), Required hours/mth (Factor 3), Guaranteed salary (Factor 4) and Minimum basis for contributions (Factor 15) meanwhile other custom field columns are rewrite from the last line in Average Salaries.

Transfer

By pressing on the button data is transferred to Average Salariesand form for Import Data for Payroll closes.

 

Import Data from SURS only works when on the computer where Pantheon is set also with Office with Excel.
