Tranfer Registers - Occupations

In Taskbar, we can transfer registers of occupations by pressing  and chosing the Transfer Registers. The program will open a new window that allows us to thransfer Occupations from the webserver.

Occupation

We select 5-digit code of occupation (exl. 11701) from coding system of vocational and technical education, if we would like to import data for a specific occupation. In case we enter 1%, only the occupations that start with the code 1 will be transferred. If we would like to transfer all occupations, we leave the field empty.

Education

We select 1 digit code of education for example 3 in case we would like to transfer only for the selected education. If we would like to transfer all occupations, we leave the field empty.

Name

We select name of occupation for example GRADUATE ECONOMIST in case we would like to transfer the only for the selected education. If we would like to transfer all occupations, we leave the field empty.

Import Type

Adding

Add/Update

With the switcher we determine the mode of importing occupations, where we have the choice:

  • Adding: only the profession that we have not yet entered in the Register of occupations. In case we already have occupations, the data won’t be imported.
  • Add/Update: all the occupations will be imported, regardless if we have them already entered in the Register.

For Country

We select localization for witch classes are valid where SI is always predefined. D

Select.

With the selected switcher only those occupations will be transferred.

Transfer from Server

With pressing on this button the latest valid occupations will be transferred.

Occupation

5-digit code of the occupation of the selected switcher in the Import Type. Possible manual correction.

Education

1-digit code of education of the selected switcher in the Import Type. Possible manual correction.

Name

Name of the education is transferred of the selected switcher in the Import Type. Possible manual correction.

Transfer into Register

With pressing of the button, all the selected occupations are transferred in the fields:
