Transfer of an asset from FA register in acquisition to regular register

Transfer of an Asset from Register of fixed Assets in Acquisition to Regular Register

When the asset is ready for use, you need to transfer the fixed asset from the Fixed Assets in Acquisition register to the regular Fixed Assets register.

The procedure of transfer is triggered from the Value tab using Entry type:  43 - Transfer to fixed asset register, as shown in the image below.

The total value of the fixed asset in acquisition will end as a purchase value of a new fixed asset.

 You can change the percentage for transfer and you can see already transfered percentage.

After transferring the fixed asset to the register, you need to fill in the missing data of the new fixed asset. You can then put new fixed asset to use.

The connection between fixed asset in acquisition and the active fixed asset becomes visible, as shown in the image below:
