Closing the Cash Register

Automatically

It is possible to set up the register so that it automatically closes at or after a certain time. The settings are part of the service module for which the authorized service provider is responsible.

Manually

Begin by pressing the MENU button in the main window. The MAIN MENU window will open, where you select the Z REPORT button (Picture 1). A warning window appears: Do you really want to create a Z report? (Picture 2). Press the OK button if you really want to create a Z report. Another warning window appears: "Z report is complete". You need only to close the warning by pressing the red X button. You can print such a Z report from the closure overview (Chapter 9).

Z Report Overview

Begin by pressing the MENU button in the main window. The MAIN MENU window opens (Picture 1), where you press the Z REPORT OVERVIEW button (Picture 3). The closure period from the 1.1. of the current year until today will be displayed. Select the desired closure from the list and then press PRINT. When the selected closure is printed out, an X will appear on the left side of the line instead of an N, which means that the closure has been printed out. You can also use the TXT button to convert the closure into the .txt format, which means the closure is ready for export.
