Copy Examination

On Employee File Taskbar press wizard 006617.gif to open Copy Examination.

 

 

000001.gif Wizard for Copying Examination will appear only if we have opened panel State of Health - Medical Examination.

By pressing Copy Examination we can enter medical Examination to all Employees.

Criteria:

Employee To wich Employee we would like to copy Examination.
Department Examination is copied to specific department.
Position Examination is copied to all Employees with the same Position.
Examination date Date of exaimination.
 Passed We can mark If Employee has passed the Exam.
Examination name Choose the sort of examination from the list.
Performed by Company that preformed the Examination.
Recurring We can set how often the examination will be recurring. Recurring can also be set in the Examination code table.
Next Examination  Choose the date of next Examination. If periodic is set in Medical examination code panel, date will appear automatically.

Press Copy and the program will make a report:

Finished Copying medical Examination.

Pressing OK button medical Examinations are copied according to the criteria.
