Svet postaja bolj in bolj kompleksen zato za doseganje zastavljenih ciljev potrebujemo različna znanja, veščine in izkušnje. V ta namen se povezujemo v time.

 

V tem razdelku bomo pogledali:

  • Kaj je tim in timsko delo
  • kako tim nastaja in se razvija
  • Kaj je optimalen tim
  • kaj so pasti timskega dela
  • kaj so prednosti timskega dela

 

Z razumevanje zakonitosti tima in timskega dela, ter z učinkovito medosebno komunikacijo, lahko postanejo cilji tima (in podjetja) lažje ali hitreje dosegljivi, s tem pa dvig motivacije in uspešnosti zaposlenih ter podjetja kot celote.
