Orodja motivacije

 

V naslednjih prispevkih se bomo dotaknili orodij motivacije – torej komponent okolja, ki vplivajo pozitivno ali negativno na motivacijo posameznika.

 

Pri tem bomo izpostavili le nekaj osnovnih orodij, in sicer:

  • denar in materialne nagrade
  • odnosi
  • vedenje vodje
  • naloge in cilji

 

Orodja motivacije je smiselno izbrati skladno z organizacijsko klimo, fazo razvoja in vrednotami posameznika. Različne možnosti in kombinacije poskrbijo, da je kar največ sodelavcev motiviranih in zavzetih.
