Health (horses)

Reviewing of records

Health window contains information about treatments of individual animal. User can also review medicine that was administered to individual animal, add new treatments or edit existing values.

Adding of new records

New records can be added by clicking on button . After that ne window will appear to add new data.

Event date Date of event. Date can be inserted manually through keyboard of selected from calendar 
Event type Event type has to be selected from dropdown.
Veterinarian Veterinarian is selected from dropdown. Veterinarian has to be inserted in Veterinarians.
Diagnosis, notes Diagnosis and additional notes can be inserted manually.
Price Price of veterinarian service can be inserted.

Event end

Date of event end has to be inserted. This date also changes animal status back to Healthy. Date can be inserted manually through keyboard of selected from calendar . Date can also be deleted by clicking on .
End withdrawal period (Meat)

Date when Meat withdrawal period ends. This date changes status to In withdrawal until date expires. Date can be inserted manually through keyboard of selected from calendar . Date can also be deleted by clicking on .

With scrolling to the left, user can switch to panel for inserting medicines.

Medicine Administered medicine. Medicine has to be inserted in Items. New medicine can be added by clicking on button . By clicking on selected medicine, data can be added, edited or medicine deleted.
Qty Quantity of medicine.
U/M Unit of measurement. Unit of measurement has to be set in Items.
Repet. Number of repetitions of administering medicine.
Warehouse If user records medicine through warehouse information about origin warehouse is added.
Repeat every Information about medicine repetition. With this information user can plan future medicine administrations.
Date Date of medicine administration.

Editing medicine records

User can edit medicine record by clicking on record. Details about medicine opens where user can edit information or delete record.
