Custom fields

Fields, that we are naming in the tab Custom fields will appear as fields for entry data in Personnel | Travel Orders in the panel Custom fields.

Fields name on travel order:

  • For numeric custom fields we insert the name for the field.
    • Fields POT 01 - POT 10: these are optionally named fields for entering data values
  • For text custom fields we select the name for them.  These fields can contain text up to 120 characters long. 
    • Field 1-10: optionally named fields for entering text data
    • : enter a number in a field Print, which allows to set sequence of the print out of numeric or text custom fields on travel orders reports in 3C0 and 3CA.

Only those fields that have a value greater than 0 in the Print field and have the Custom fields filled in the Travel order will be displayed on reports in 3C0 and 3CA.
