Breeding Herd

In the breeding herd belong all animals , except animals for fattening.

In the program, according to the accounting standard, we have been adapted so that animals, when are  transferred from one species to anozher, based on FADN critaria, are automatically transferred to the breeding herd if they sufficie to  the criteria.

1. Sttings in Administration panel

In Administration Panel|Settings|Farming| FADN we choose group Livestock and in tab "Parameters for Calculating FADN Type, Estimated Value" we have switcher for Breeding Heard. In FADN treminology the cattle, that is yunger then 24 month is not breeding animal, but in case that the cow calved befor age 24 month, we have  options to choose "Hass Offspring" in this case all animals who are younger
than 24 month and hass offspring will be added in to Breeding herad.

The second setting in Administration panel is settings for Depreciation. In Settings|Administration Panel|Settings|Farming|Animal Husbandry we have settings for depreciation category for Animals.This settings is important because if we do not set depreciation category the animal will be not transfer to Breeding Heard.

2. Animal Card

On animal Card we have field Inventory No. If the animal is in register for breeding heard, we see this number on animal card. Double click on this field, the program opens modul Fixed assets.

If we disposal animal , the program automatically dispose fixed assets .

If the disposal is canceled or reversed, the liquidation of the fixed asset will be also deleted
