Manage Items Directly from your Android Device

Item Master data can be used to manage items for sale or for warehouse management.

You can enter a new item by pressing the  button.

Information for item identification and management:

Name Enter the name of the item.
ID IDs are generated Automatically. The ID includes the first letter of the item and 5 numbers that are added automatically when you set the first letter of the ID (e.g. B00001).
Active You can select whether an item is active or inactive. If the item is inactive, it won't show up in the list of items for sale. If it's active, it will, but you need to make sure that the For sale option below is ticked. If you don't tick the For sale option, the item will be active (ready for pickup, for example) but you won't be able to select it when selling.
