Cash register

Cash Register

Bills are issued in the Cash register menu.

The Pantheon RA cash register is composed of 3 parts:

  1. Item categories -> on the right side
  2. Items – items for sale -> in the middle
  3. Selected items in the sales document -> on the left side

By tapping on a selected item you can:

  1. Change the quantity of the item.
  2. Change the price of the item.
  3. Add a discount in %.
  4. Return to the main menu of the cash register.

Several open bills

Pantheon RA enables you to have several open bills you can edit before printing it. 

By tapping the green button, where the total amount is displayed, you can print the bill.

In the final menu you can select a payment method and enter the amount received. If the customer wants to pay with different payment methods, you can divide the payment amount to the desired payment methods. To print a bill for a legal or VAT registered person, you have to add a Customer (2) to the receipt. You can print the receipt by tapping the Pay button (10).

Description of Additional Functions:

  1. Select cashier.
  2. Enter customer, if the customer is a legal person. If you know the tax number of the customer, you can enter it in the Tax number of the company field and the program will automatically fill in the available information on the company from your country's business register (check if available for your country). Then you need to save the company and select it by tapping the Select button.
  3. List of payment methods – The totals for each payment method are displayed here.
  4. Enter note – You can enter a note that will be printed on the receipt.
  5. Print duplicate – If checked, the program will print out a duplicate of the receipt.
  6. Select payment method – You can divide the total amount to multiple payment methods. Example:
    The customer wants to pay 2 EUR with cash and 2 EUR with a debit card:
    1. Select Cash by tapping the appropriate button. A new field appears where you enter the cash payment amount.
    2. By pressing the green button next to MasterCard, the rest of the total is billed to the credit card.
  7. Delivery date – Filled out automatically.
  8. Value date – Filled out automatically.
  9. Order no. – If the customer placed an order, enter the number of the purchase order form.
  10. Print the bill by tapping Pay (By double-tapping the Pay button, you can immediately close and print the bill with the default payment method).
  11. Total bill discount – You can add a total discount by tapping the More button and then Discount %.
