Transfer selected to Register - example
We can find some fixed asset (FA) by inventory count which are not in the register of fixed assets. To add them to register use wizard tool.
Conditions to transfer FA/small tools are:
- inventory number: Invent. No.,
- Type: N - New and
- date: Activated On.
Mark desired FA with check mark and use wizard to transfer them to register as shown bellow:
When there is date Activated On. missing by transferring them to register, Pantheon gives the message:
We confirm transfer by OK button and FA are entered to FA register. By Cancel the operation is aborted.
It recommendable to fulfill also data which are hidden by default:
When we skip some of the category, we define them after transfer in FA register.
Pantheon will check if inventory numbers already exist in the FA register before the transfer. It we already have same inventory numbers, it will inform us by message.
Such FA will not doubled in the register.
After completing transfer of FA to register, it opens the FA register, where, if necessary, complete the editing newly added fixed assets.
