Multiple entries

Multiple Entries

Software also enables multiple container and wine entries. Functionality is usefl to esablish initial state of the wine cellar.

Multiple containers enty

Multiple entries are done through the same pop-up as entries of one container. Mutiple entry can only be done for similar containers with same quantitiy.

When user marks Create Container Squence, entry form extends.

Cellar

Cellar, where containers are placed.
Cellar name Name of the cellar, where containers are placed.
Create Container Sequence Marker for multiple containers entry.
Arrange into Grid, how barrels will be arranged. In this case barels will be arranged in 4columns by 3 lines.
Wine Container ID of container that will be assigned to container. This is the common ID of wine barrel. Individual nubmer will be added to this ID.
Container Name Name of container that will be assigned to container. This is the common name of wine container. Individual nubmer will be added to this name.
Container No. Number of the first container. Additional containers will get nex free number.
Container Type Type of container.
Volume [L] Volume of containers (volume for each container).
Containters in group Number of containers in group.

Multiple wine entry

Multiple entries are done through the same pop-up as entries of wine to one container. Wine can be inserted in choosen containers, quantity of inserted wine can be modified. Only one sort of wine can be inserted at once.

Filling date

Date of container filling.
Napolni več posod Checkbox for multiple wine .
Številke posod Number of containers to be filled. User can divide contaniers with , (1,2,3,4) or with - (1-4).
Vintage Vintage of wine.
Wine Variety Wine variety to be inserted to containers.
Serial number Serial number of wine.
Poreklo Origin of wine.
Quantity Quantity of wine to be inserted to individual container. If user inserts quantity, Skupna količina will be calculated.
Napolni posode do polnega Checkbox to fill containers to the top.
Skupna količina Total quantity of wine. If user inserts Total quantity, individual quantites will be divided to field Quantity.
Wine Type Type of wine.
Wine Color Color of wine. INserted automatically based on settings for Wine Type.
Note Individual note.
