Veterinary costs (treatment, reproduction))

When we enter data about insemination and data about treatment for each animal on animal card,  which was made by veterinarian, we can, by the end of the month or sooner, create a documents for purchasing.

Example:

On Purchasing - Receiving/Purchase of Goods and servics - Documents - 120 (Invoise for costs)

On document,  we click on wizard and choose Veterinary costs ( Veterinarski stroški)

When we click on wizard the program open popup with data about treatment and insemination for  animals who that they have data on animal card and they don't have recorded about the  No. document.

Veterinar	We choose the Veterinary clinic  from whom we get an invoice
From	We choose date to from, and we get events that are in that date time
Select	We select event for which we want to create an invoice
Veterinarian (vetrinar)	The name of the vet  and vet clinic
Date (datum)	The date of event from animal record
Service (event)	In this colum we have to services treatment and insemination
Type of animal ( vrsta živali)	This is also data from animal record. It depends on which animal we do the insemination or treatment.
Animal ID	ID of the animal
Price (cena)	The price of the treatment or insemination
Save (shranjeno)	When we click on button create the document (kreiraj dokumente) we get check mark in checkbox
Remarks/errors	If documents does not create,  the program return error
No. Doc ( št. dok)	The number of document which is created
Date of document	This is the date that the document was created
Costs	We choose the warehouse by default is Costs warehouse
	When we choose all events and set all data we can create the documents

With clik on button  the program creat  a document.

Double click on document, open the document.

For each animal we also see cost on Cost center.
