Accounting Dashboard

Welcome to the User guide for Accounting Dashboard!
The Accounting Dashboard is a tool for working with multiple databases. Mainly intended for accounting services that have several databases on their server or for accounting of larger companies that have many branches or related companies.
The Accounting Dashboard is accessed via the Financials | Accounting Dashboard.

We prepared practical user cases based on the fictional accounting service Pecunia, which manages 25 clients:
- 8 small sole proprietors
- 16 limited liability companies
- 1 medium-sized company, Tecta.
The service employs three accountants:
- Ana, the owner and director, who manages five companies and acts as chief accountant for Tecta
- Helena, a payroll specialist responsible for 11 companies and
- Tajda, a junior accountant in charge of sole proprietors and daily scanning of incoming paper documents.
All clients and the service use PANTHEON Cloud to share data efficiently and avoid duplicate entries, while Tecta runs local PANTHEON licenses on its own server, with accountants connecting via VPN. In practice, accountants use Tecta’s licenses for its database, but rely on the service’s licenses when working with other companies to avoid disrupting their day-to-day operations.
For paperless workflows, Tecta and Bestia employees use PANTHEON Granules:
- Documents & Tasks for remote approval of documents via smartphone
- Personnel Granule for time tracking and access to personnel data, and
- Travel Orders Granule for recording business trips. This comprehensive setup served as the foundation for illustrating real-world user cases.
