Scanning task









If we want to scan paper documents (invoices, etc.) and add them to documents in Documentation module, first a scanning task must be created in Tasks registers. Description can be set as desired and Task type must be set to "Skeniranje". Task can be added manually or from
(Wizard)
.
Also Fields/Parameters can be set to the Scanning task but are not obligatory.

When we want to add a scanned document to a specific document in a Documentation module, first a Scanning task must be selected from a Task registers.

When a Scanning task is used a Task - Scanning form is opened. Under Scanner there are scanner drivers available on your computer. Select the driver for your scanner. Scanner drivers must be installed, Plug&Play drivers are not sufficient.

Prescanned documents or any other documents can also be added to documentation by using
button.

On this document copy/paste function can be used by using
button. After the selection a new form is opened and you can copy selected text.

By using anotation button
we can color the selected part of the document and add some anotation/remarks.

The selected part of the document is coloured in selected colour and anotation is added. When mouse cursor is on the coloured part, the previous added anotation will apear.
