Import absences from Excel
In the window Absence Overview in the command bar by clicking the Import/Export data button
we have the option to import absences from Excel

Select option Import Absence from Excel to import absences into the Absence Calendar.
You can use the template and the example in the sample Excel file. For correct import of absences from Excel, only the predefined

For correct import of absences from Excel, use only the predefined Excel template. Dates in Excel must also be entered in the format without a dot at the end of the year, e.g. 10.03.2026 and not with a dot 10.03.2026.

Header parameters:

Employee
|
This represents the data format in which the employee is entered in Excel, where you can choose between:

Reg. No.:data identical to the data from the Personnel file field Reg. No./ED
-
ID: data identical to the data from the Personnel file field Code
-
ID Card: data identical to the data from the Personnel file field Card no.
If the employee is entered in Excel in the form of the code from the personnel file field Code, then select Code here.

Select the path where the Excel file is saved. |

After inserting the path, click open to load the excel file. When the excel is loaded, the Status column should show Ready. |

After verifying the records your are going to insert, click Transfer. |
 |
Due to logical error, some records will not be inserted automatically. Check the logical errors and select the records which you want to insert anyway. Then click Transfer additional. |

View the transfer log or/and logical errors also. When the parameter is checked transfer notification appear on the form. |

Warning
An example of a logical error could be that an employee doesn't have the leave calculated and therefore she/he has 0 leave days available. The program enables us to enter the leave anyway. To import such records click Transfer additional button.

If enabled, the non-working days option will be enabled at the import. |
| Status |
Show the status of transfer. |
