Import prices

Import prices is used for re-enter sale/retail prices. In practice is usually a few days difference between creating inventory count document. and posting inventory count document, while sales/retail prices could be change. This wizard is used in case, when at the warehouse has defined a "Post at retail price" parameter.

1. Warehouse

At the warehouse in Subjects should be defined parameter "Post at retail price".

2. Create an Inventory count document

Create an Inventory count document. Enter values in to the inventory count column.

3. Export sale/retail prices

Before confirmed the inventory count document, you exported sale/retail prices (if sale/retail prices are changed while document inventory count is created). Export prices is available in administrative console. If you have separate pricing by warehouse, parameter "Separate pricing by warehouse" should be choosen too.

4. Import new sale/retail prices

Run wizard "Import prices" on inventory count document.

Choose path where files with prices are saved and click to Import button.

Sale/retail prices on inventory count document are changed.
