ID Enter or select the ID of the item, for which you wish to display the stock.
Name Enter or select the name of the item, for which you wish to display the stock.
Item type Select item type from item types.
External ID Enter external ID of the item.
Prim. Categ. Select primary category from Items categories.
Sec. Categ. Select primary category from Items categories.
Code Enter code of the item from External ID panel.
Subject (Code) Select subject from Subjects, which is entered in items on External ID panel.
Find items in spec.

Check it to include only items with specification.

 

Available Stock

The section shows available stock. All warehouses that have the item on stock are displayed here.

Warehouse Displays a warehouse with available stock.
Stock Displays available quantity (that is, available stock at the warehouse).
Allocated Displays hard allocations of the item as well as the warehouse (for more information see Hard Allocations).
Remaining The quantity of stock which can be shipped, sold, allocated after having considered all hard allocations (=current available stock + allocated stock quantity).

 

Search kriteria

Here you can enter additional restrictive criteria. You can set them optionally.

000001.gif You can set additional 9 fields. You can view two additional fields by default. To see more, you have to expand the panel (for detailed treatment of the procedire see Sliders and Resizing).

Thus you can look up all items with set revenue account 7700:

(field from the Items register) To select restrictive criteria click the arrow icon to for the dropdown to appear: 46945.gif

Only fields set for SQL query in settings are listed in dropdown.
(Operators) Select an operator for use with the expression in the selected field from the Items register. For text fields you can only use the equals sign (=): 21152.jpg
(expression in the selected field of the Items register) Enter the expression used in search. Here you can use wildcard characters:

000001.gif Trying to search by date criteria, you have to enter the date in YYYY/MM/DD format.
