Creating animal record


With click on button  new functionality for creating unique record from AUTOID will appear.

Animal Id New, unique ID of an animal.
Purpose Purpose of an animal (if it changed from birth).
Date Marked Date of animal marking (predefined date of event),
Substitution If animal is used for substitution of endangered animal.
