It is important that only users authorized by it's company policy have permissions for setting authorizations. All other users shouldn't have permissions for setting authorizations.

When user does not have permission to execute specific operation, an insufficient permissions message box appears. Message indicates which permissions are insufficient for user to execute specific operation. Message box also shows all current permissions in an authorization tree for a specific operation.

If user already has permissions for menu "Authorizations" in administrative panel, then user is able to grant himself permissions. Granting permissions can be done either in Administrative panel or trough "Insufficient permissions" message box by clicking button . Minimum permission to execute selected operation is granted. Example: User does not have permissions for changing primary key of subjects. By granting permissions, a minimum permission of WRITE is set to a user so executing operation of changing primary key is possible.

If user does not have permissions for menu "Authorizations" in administrative panel, then user is unable to grant himself permissions. Granting permissions can be done only by user with sufficient permissions. If the user should perform selected operation, then user with sufficient permissions must enter his credentials. By entering user's credential, minimum permission to execute selected operation is granted.
