Pressing mash

Mash pressing

Tasks can be inserted for individual wine variety and serial number of wine. Task can be inserted for more than one container at the time under condition that wine of same type and serial number is in containers.

Like all tasks this one is also available in simple and detailed view.

General Data

This part contains information about adding new Pressing Mash task:

Processing date

Date of processing (today's date by default).

Wine Variety (item) Wine variety is selected from drop-down. You can select from wine varieties with specific serial numbers in stock.
Serial number If there are more serial numbers, you can select correct serial.
Wine for Processing Here you select wines which goes in Pressing Mash task
Stock Wine quantity before task is ended.
Quantity Quantity of wine which will be done within particular task
Shrinkage Quantity of wine lost during the task. Defined as waste within Farming.
Processed Wine Processed wine. Wine in the end of the process.
Volume Volume of the Container
Quantity Quantity of wine in the end of the process
   
Used materials Materials used within the task
Warehouse Warehouse from which material will be taken from
Dose/hl Qty of material used per hl of wine
Quantity Total qty of material used for all the wine in the task, meaning from all the containers in particular task.

Details

Task contains detailed information about wine and the task. If information on wine, not the task, was already recorded on previous task, it will be transfered to next one.

Sugar Scale

Sugar scale unit is selected from drop-down.

Sugar Content Based on sugar scale selection, sugar content is selected.
Total Acidity Total acidity of wine.
pH pH of wine.
Initial Sulfuring Initial sulfuring value.
Note User's note.
Cooling Start Date of cooling start.
Initial Temperature Initial wine temperature.
Cooling End Date of cooling end.
Final Temperature Final wine temperature.
Note Additional note

 

Fixed Assets
Tools Name of the Fix Asset used in task.
Inventory No Inventory number of selected Asset

 

Workers
Select Select in checkbox for workers which were active in the task
Worker Name of the worker for selection
No of hours Enter number of hours for each worker.

 

Used Materials in Containers
Cellar Cellar where particular Container is placed
Container Container where certain material will be added within task
No  Number of the container
Material Item for used material 
Warehouse Warehouse from which material will be taken from
Name Name of the material
Quantity Quantity of material per container
Dose UM Unit of measure for the material
