Register of translations of Earning types

Through the taskbar in the Earnings Types register, by clicking on the wizard, we open the Translation Register where we can enter translations of earning types in different languages, which are then displayed on the pay slips.
Manual entry of translations
You can enter translations manually by selecting the language for which you want to enter translations in the Language field (for example, select DE for German) and entering the translation of the title of the contribution in the Translation column.

Transfer translations for Earning types
Through the taskbar in the Translations - Earning Types Register, by clicking on the 
, we open the Translation Register where we can transfer the translations of Earning Types in different languages, which are then displayed on the payroll.

Language

We select an ID of the language we would like to transfer.

Import type
|
With the checker we set a type of import we would like to transfer to the register, we can choose from:
- Adding: if we have this option selected, that only those earning typeswe do not have in the register will be transferred. If we already have this register, than the data will not be transferred.
- Add/Update: if this option is selected, than all earning typeswill be transferred, regardless if we already have it in the register.

For Country
|
We set localization for which country we want to transfer the register, for Slovenia is always predefined SI.

By pressing on the button, we selected data we would like to transfer from Server.

Sel.
|
We select which earning typeswe would like to transfer. Only the selected ones will be transferred.

Earning Type
|
Only the ID of those earning types with a specific import type will be transferred. We can change data manually.

Name
|
Only the Name of those earning types with a specific import type will be transferred. We can change data manually.

|
Translation
|
Only the Translated Name of those earning types with a specific import type will be transferred. We can change data manually.
