Usage of Consolidation Report for Reporting in External Chart of Accounts

In Pantheon you can use multiple chart of accounts. Different charts of accouts are used for different time periods. You cannot select individual chart of accouts for different reports.

If you have to prepare report in external chart of accounts, you can use option to map your account numbers to external account numbers in consolidation reports module.

Preparation of System environment

Certain steps must be implemented (only once) before first usage. These steps are:

 

000001.gif You can use consolidation report for only one company. In newer versions the limit is not set to 2 companies.

Data from one database is transfered to another database. If changes in the source database are made, they are not automatically reflected in the consolidated data. Tranfer of data from source to target database must be executed again manually.
