Header with main information about Product

Creating new work order needs information to which Item/Product/Expert model work order is assigned. If you want to create work order by help of expert model version a selection of expert model version is mandatory.

Product
Select a product for which a work order is assigned to; a Description field is entered automatically
Expert model version

In case not selecting EM version a defalt value 255 is displayed.

In case you want to create work order on the base of predefined tasks recorded within expert model version, selection of expert model version is needed.


If you want to change expert model version after you already saved Work order then following note is displayed:

Selecting:

- Continue with copying: already created work order will change according to part list/task and resource data of selected expert model version

- Cancel: no changes are made within work order; clicking Cancel an expert model version equals to previous expert model version

- Show Help: connection to Help 
Plan start date

In case of previous expert model version selection date is automatically entered as it is predefined in Crops&Vegs/Expert models; in case of no expert model version selection planned start date is current date
Plan end date  In case of previous expert model version selection date is automatically entered as it is predefined in Crops&Vegs/ Expert models; in case of no expert model version selection planned end date is current date
Status

Automatically entered as a planned status; There are 7 status of work order:

  • P-PLANNED: set automatically by creating a WO if work order is created from the plan.
  • O-OPENED: set automatically if WO is created as new WO
  • I- RESERVED: (not active, with no function yet, Stated July 2019)
  • R-RELEASED: confirmed work order
  • D- IN PROGRESS: when first realization within work order is done, automatically
  • E-PARTIALLY FINISHED: when firt reportinh of harvested product is done, autimatically
  • Z- COMPLETE: manualy changed

Within further development statuses will be connected to authorizations.

When Work order status is manually changed into status Z- complete, all tasks, regardless  task´s statuses ( partly done or planned), are changed into red - coloured text as Finished task. 

 

Rules among changing statuses:

  • disable to change from complete into partly - done

  • disable to change from Planned into Open
Crop type Selection of Crop type: when work order created from Plan or with help of Expert model it is displayed automatically.
CA  Name

Select crop area from drop down. 

Searching rules:

  • Crop areas are displayed according to land type:

CROPS& VEGS modul: Field, Other

GRASS modul: Meadow, Pasture, Other

FRUIT&NUTS modul: Orchards & Other permanent plantation; Other

GRAPE& WINE modul: Vineyards & Other permanent plantation, Other

  • Crop area are displayed according to crop area validity set in Agriculture holding - Fields - Crop areas  due to  planned Start/End date in header
CA area Size (ha) CA area is entered automatically as it is defined within Agriculture holding - Fields.
Plan QTY/ha

Planned yield/ha is set automatically as it is set within Crops&Vegs - Expert models as a data Expected middle value; when  creating work order without expert model version, this data is obligatory.

 
Plan Total Automatically calculation of expected middle value of yield regards planned Area
Yield/ha Automatically calculated after Yield / total is entered. 
Yield/total Automatically entered after/ if realization of harvesting product is entered. 
U/M Units of measure as it is set within Items
