Example: Workers

In Agricultural Holding we have also option to set up workers.

a) Enter new Worker
If we want to add new worker we have to click on button  .

Than we enter data about worker:
- Worker: The program automatically generate key LBR00000XY and it is needed to add only Name and Surname of the worker

                If the worker does not exist in the Employee files the program will give us message, when we save the data

              If we choose YES the program will open Employee files and we add the data, if we choose NO, the data about worker will be only in

              Agricultural Holding.

- Status: can be Active or Not active.If worker have status Not active, it will be not seen on mask Expert Model, Plan and Work order in Table 

               Resources

- Parent: This field is not in use for the moment

Resource Type:

By default is LBR- Labor

Than we have also option to determinate additional Worker Resource type as Work, Cumulative or external. The most often option by workers are Work or External.

Personnel: if we use also Employee files we can connect this person with employee files. Ih this case the Worker has to be added also in Employee file. 

To access to Employee file we can do it via field Personnel by double click. Program will open menu Employee file.

If we try to add the same Worker from Personnel to another worker, the program will give us following Information:

b) Enter external Worker

In this case the principle is the same. Here we check External and we add Customer.

If we don't have Customers in the database, we can add them through module Subject.

c) Calendar|Exceptions

In tab Calendar, the program automatically enter period "from - to" from Administration Panel > Settings > Farming > Agronomy > Planning, tab Worker (general Resource Settings)

Calendar data is not linked to other UI or functionality. For now it just self standing information.

and the same data are by Work.

in tab Exceptions we can add data, when the worker have sickness, vacation, .. In this case the program will take these information into account when planning work.
