In Pantheon Farming we have four options to add Field in database:
- Read Farm details from Cetral Register ( only for SLovenian localizatio)
- Import Crop Areas from Excel ( for all localization)
- Import Custom Shape Data ( for all localization)
- Manually adding the Field
Manually adding the Field:
With click on button 
we open new record for adding new Field.
The data that are obligate are:
- Field ID
- Area
The other data is good to enter them for easier operating with data, later.
Field Cost Center and data in tab Field History are generated automatically.

Before we save the data , we can change the date Valid from, because with adding new field the program automatically enter today's date.
Valid to field is empty till we do not create a New field Version.

At the same time, the field is drawn into the gantt below
On the right side of the mask we have option to draw the graphics of the field.
In this casse we clikc on button 
and program opens Map Viewer.
Than we just zoom the area, where we what to draw the field.
and we click on button 
and the field in now drawn and we see them in Agricultural Holding in Fields
Button 
create new version of the field.
When we click on this button the program close first version with Valid to one day before the date of the new version.
The new version have the same data about Area and other attributes, but we can change them . Usually we create new version of Field if one of the attribute was changed.
In our case, we will increase the area...
... and we also draw the biger Field with click on button 
When we save the map View, the drawing area is also seen on Field
Tab Cadastral parcel on Field:
This tab is conected with module Cadastral Parcel. Here we see if the Field is conected with cadastral parcel. This is usualy when we leased the land, because in contract we always leased the cadastral parcel, not the Field, but in PAFA we operate with Field.
Tab Owners:
If we have Field in rent we can also add data about the Owners and also the price of the rent.
Section Others
In this section we have two tabs Ecology and by land use with type Permanent crops also tab Usage.
Tab Usage:
Here we have attributes about Irrigations, sprinkling,...for now, these data are not related to any functionality in the program.
Tab Ecology:
Here we have data about water area, Natura 2000, and also data of Farming production Type. This data are important for some Slovenian reports ( KOPOP).

When we create new Field or New Field version the program automatically create Crop area (CA). |
