Agronomy - Estimate profit within Plan

Agronomy - Estimate profit within Plan (-000014)

Template Estimate total cost within Plan is defined as  -000014.

As Measures are defined:

  • Estimate Cost Total - the SUM of all costs ( task + material + fuel)
  • Estimate Profitt per Ha (as AVG) - average profit per ha
  • Estimate Profit per Kg (as AVG) - average profit  per kg
  • Estimate Profit Total ( as AVG) - the profit that we estimate from planned order
  • Possible Revenue (as AVG) - the revenue that we expect on the basis of planning
  • Market price ( as AVG) - the sale price of produkt  ( this data is known)

All other parameters are set as Dimensions.

This Ad-hoc show as cost that we estimated the profit on Plan . That are not necessary the equal to realization.

Plan Material Qty per Ha The amount of material per hectare
 Plan Material Qty Total The amount of material per size of CA
Cost Fuel The cost of all Fuels
 UM Unit of measure for crop
Est Cost Total The SUM of all costs ( task + material + fuel)

Calculation

Task price: The price of task is in Settings - Items

Material and Fuel Price:  The price of task is in Settings - Items

Market price: The price of task is in Settings - Items

 

Task Cost Total = Task Price X CA Size X Task Durations per ha

Task Cost Total ha = Task price X Task duration per ha

Cost Materila = Material Price X Plan Qty on tab Material on Plan  ( fuel is exempt)

Cost Fuel =  Fule Price X Plan Qty on tab Material on Plan  ( material is exempt)

Est Cost Total = Task Cost Total + Cost Materila + Cost Fuel

(AVG) Est Profit per Ha  = Est Profit Total / Ca size

(AVG) Est Profit  per Kg = Est Profit  Total / Expected Yield Total

(AVG) Est Profit Total = Possible revenue - Est Cost Total

(AVG) Est Possible Revenue = Expected Yield Total X Market price

Market Price = the data is known from Item (sale price)
