Create forage documents

Each grazing enables for user to create issue document. This issue document contains estimated calculation of foraged grazing for each animal. Calculation is merely estimated because it is based on defined forage consumtion for each FADN for all days of grazing. If there were any changes in-between, they are not included in calculation.

Settings

To create grazing documents, settings have to be defined first. Settings are defined in Administration panel in tab grazing. In this section you have to define forage settings, where forage intake is set for each FADN type. Forage intake is calculated from Average animal weight in this FADN type and forage intake in % of body weight. Each FADN can have only one record except if animals are dried off (Dairy cows can have one calculation with check box Dried-off=True and one for Dried-off=False).

Second settings are default item and warehouse. Default item has to be inserted in Items, wtihout serial number tracking. Warehouse has to be inserted in Subjects and you canselect only between those warehousess that have either enabled negative stock tracking or they dot have enabled stock tracking at all.

Forage documents

Forage documents are created in Forage calculation wizard. For grazing, longer than one month, documents can be created monthy, which will create separate document for each month. If you would like to change some information or individual grazing or in settings in administration panel, such change wont affect already ccreated documents. To include changes in old grazings, grazing first have to be deleted and created again.
