Receiving of Wine (170 - internal receiving)

Receiving of Wine (170 - internal receiving)

Receiving the wine is possible through internal receiving (document 170).
On right click on the Container select option "Receive of Wine (170 - internal receiving).

Fill the form with:
- Filling Date (date of wine receiving),
- Wine Variety,
- Vintage
- Container Name (by default it is selected Container)
- Serial Number
- Origin
- Quantity
- Type and Color
- Note


After "Save" button is pressed, selected Wine is added to Container within Wine module.

Additionally, it is added on Goods module, within document 170 - Internal receiving.
It is not possible to add Wine in Containers directly through document 170 - Internal receiving on Goods module.

If we want to have Receiving the wine functioning properly, following settings have to be set within Administration Panel - Users and Groups
Select User and within Security choose Full Permissions.
After that click "Update", then "Save" and "Apply".

Confirm following Information windows.

After approving when wine is added via Receiving of wine, wine will be added into Container and visible within Goods - Internal receiving (document 170)
