Example: Side product ( by-product)

When we create an expert model, the plan and the work order , we have the option of adding the  by-products.In  this case we have new  tab

"Products " in all  three masks. 

Here we can add two types of product:

A- additonal product: usualy is thi additional produkt same as main produkt , but in difrent quality. example: if we have product Wheat, we can produce wheat in diferent quality . Main produkt will be first quality, additional products will be in second , third,...   quality. But we need to prideict this in advance

Plan quantity of additional produkt is the percent of main produkt. Main product + additional product cannot be more than 100%

S- By-produkt: In this case, we enter a product that is considered a product. For  cereals, straw is a by-product. For  by-product we enter just plan quantity, the field percentage we leave empty. But we need tu enter Task No. Tasks that they will we  do  for  by-product, we need to add . Because this will affects to own  price for by-product.

We can also add side produkt in pieces. In this case we need to enter on Item for side produkt  unit of mesure in Bulk

We will take ekspert model Wheat_1 ( pictures above) with additional and by-product.

In tab produkt we have quantity based on size o the crop area

Calculation: 

A-additional produkt : 6.590 kga/ha * 6 ha = 39.540,00 kg

S- side product: 1.500 kg/ha  * 6ha  = 9.000,00 kg 

Task Input:

On task input we have in tab Products also part where we can add By-produkt

For correct posting by-product we need to set document type in Settings- Document types. Then we go on Work orders- Movements- Receive Scrap and on dokument 60C we set correct settings

After we clik on button  program create dokuments for by-produkt

Own price for Side product :

First we need to finish tasks  for task that are assigned for side product. In our case we have tasks no. 30 ( baling) in 35 ( transporting).

Own price for receiving side product is calculated

Calculation:

Baling: 8 hour * 15€/hour = 120€

Transporting : 6 hour * 20€/hour= 120€

Own price =( 120€ + 120€) / 9.000,00 kg = 0,0267 = 0,03€
