On selected item form can be opened where a new value can be set:

 

By entering a new price or value and clicking Select button the new priceor value will be entered on item position on created document.

Item search window, where the program offers the item by default.

Also any other item can be chosen from the dropdown menu.
Name name of the item
Price Price of the item from the item settings
Value Value of the item position which can be changed
