Refund absences – for disabled employees over the quota

When we have in the payroll preparation an employee, which has a disability and has an absence that is refunded.

First it is important that an employee has a confirmed checker in the column disabled employee over prescribed quota in Employee Files.

In the payroll preparation in the panel preparation, we need to use the correct ET for a correct type of refund absence.

When the calculation is done, we create payment orders and export them to SEPA. We check that in case of refunded absences we do not take into consideration relief when creating payment orders, SEPA and on the REK form.
