Rounding for individual cases for salaries

Example 1:

Employee has a gross salary 2.000,00 EUR.

At salary rounding on two decimal places, can come in some cases to deviations at gross salary by 0,01 EUR, like in the example below. 

 

Rounding can be solved in two ways:

1. In Administration Panel | … | Company | Rounding in a field Salary Rounding we enter rounding on tree decimal places 0,001 instead of 0,01 like showed on the picture below.

2. Or change it in the payroll preparation in the field Rounding, we change it to 3 decimal places. The field will change color, like showed on the picture below:

In both cases we launch the calculation for only those employees who deviate 0,01 EUR, using a button  (like shown on the picture below), so the calculation is recalculated on 3 decimal places with the new settings.

When the calculation is done, we need to change the rounding back to 0,01 for both cases:

Example 2:

Employee has gross basic salary set in the height of minimum salary 886,63 EUR.

At salary rounding on two decimal places, can come in some cases to deviations at gross salary by 0,01 EUR, like in the example below, when we have a confirmed switcher Diff. to Min. Salary, for that difference adds a new earning type for difference to minimum salary.

 

Also for this type of cases for rounding, we use the same solutions like in the case above.
