Choosing a position of employment in payroll preparation

Example:

In the payroll preparation, we have entered the earning types for the position that was active in the previous calculation. In the current calculation, doe to the changing of position in the middle of payroll period we need to calculated, for example regular work for each position. Instead of manual entering of new position, we can use the option of selecting new position in the payroll calculation in preparation. 

 

1. Adding column – Position 

With the mouse we line up on any column in the panel Preparation and with right click, we select Edit and then Select Columns. A small window opens and we select Position and drag it in the preparation panel:

 

2. Changing of position 

In the payroll preparation in the field Position, we select or correct sequential number of position, in a case of Travolta John we would select position 2, which employee started on 03.07.2019:

We correct the remaining data in the preparation, like hours, amount, Index and we launch the calculation by the established procedure.
