Ad Hoc in the payroll reports
Ad-Hoc in Payroll Reports

We can locate the button for Ad-Hoc analysis when we go to Payroll Reports in the subtree Reports | Preparation and/or Income and set on a specific report.
By pressing the button
we can transfer data to Ad-Hoc. A new tab
appears next to criteria and custom fields.
In
tab a new form opens up:

The form below shows the data like in pivot table.

We can change a type of chart.

We can select a colour palette.

First icon is a print preview and the second one is for export.

Run chart designer is invoked to help you adjust the main chart settings in one place.

The position of the chart. Horizontal or vertical.

Export to excel.

The form below shows the data like in pivot table. We can filter data by dragging them below to the table.

In the lower window a data is displayed in a chart of our choosing based on the filter above.

Ad-Hoc enables us to do different exports, for example to excel or pdf for additional editing, if it is necessary.
