Parasitological examination

We enabled veterinarians to enter data on parasitological examinations.
Investigations are in the Treatment tab. Inside the examination tab, there is a Parasitological examination tab.
We have two types of parasitological examination:
1. Big animals ( cows, goats, sheep...)
2. Small animals ( dogs, cats,...)

Indicate whether the sample was taken:

Enter the date when the sample was taken. |

Enter the number of animals. We separate cattle according to the type of animal ( heifers, cows, bulls). Then we have goats and sheep, Horses and other animals. |
Sample received by |
We select the person who received the sample from a dropdown list of all employees at the veterinarian clinic.

Examined by |
Here we have two options: we can enter a person from the drop-down list and the option to enter the name and surname freely and necessarily that it is entered in the drop-down list. |
Date |
The date is entered automatically and is the same as the date we created the treatment. But we can also change it as we wish. |

This field is automatically populated from the animal's DI, but we can also modify or enter data manually. |
Type of parasite |
Here we have the option of entering two types of investigations:
To enter characters: negative (-), individual (+), moderate (++) and strong (+++), first click in the field and then on the left mouse button 1x and the character - is created - if you click 2x we get the + sign, if we click 3x we get ++, if we click 4x we get +++, if we click 5x the characters are deleted.

Clicking the button saves and prints the data. The report's data matches the information on the mask. |
Parasitological examinations have also been adapted for small practice.
