Show document
The Show document block allows you to display a document in Documentation. It is used to define statuses and approve or reject documents.
The block can be accessed from the menu Settings | Documentation | Workflow Design by clicking the panel Design | DMS.

Double-clicking the Show document block opens the Task edit form for defining the block settings.

Form

By default, the TMNDocuments form is written in the field, which is already linked to the block with its corresponding variables and tables. For the block to work properly, do not modify this field.

HINT
You need to check whether the remaining settings in Task edit are also suitable for your workflow. Descriptions can be found in the chapter Task edit – general.
