One of the important examinations is also the examination of the teeth and oral cavity.
We have dental records for dogs, cats and horses. The data on the interface are the same. Only thing that is different, is picture of the teeth.

Beside the picture we have fields where we enter the status of the teeth. Behind all this field is a codebooks with dental diagnosis. Number before field is the mark of the tooth. We have the option to add more than one diagnosis to a single tooth.
Codebooks Dental diagnosis is on webservise and we need to import this codebook, befor we start using dental examination.
With click inside the picture we can see the history of all dental treatments on the selected animal.

Hint
For code type X, which represents tooth extraction, the window is not visible on the next examination because the tooth has been extracted.
