Transfer register – Register of Length of Service Increased

LoS Increase

We select 4-digit code of LoS Increase (exl. 0103), if we would like to import data for a specific LoS Increase. In case we enter 01%, only the LoS Increase that start with the code 01 will be transferred. If we would like to transfer all LoS Increase, we leave the field empty.

Increase

We select 2 digit code of Increase for example 18 in case we would like to transfer only for the selected Increase. If we would like to transfer all Increase, we leave the field empty.

Name

We enter name of LoS Increase in case we would like to transfer the only for the selected LoS Increase. If we would like to transfer all LoS Increase, we leave the field empty.

For Country

We select localization for witch classes are valid where programs localization is always predefined.

Import Type

Add/Update

With the switcher we determine the mode of importing LoS Increase, where we have the choice:

• Adding: only the profession that we have not yet entered in the Register of occupations. In case we already have occupations, the data won’t be imported.
• Add/Update: all the occupations will be imported, regardless if we have them already entered in the Register.

Transfer from Server

With pressing on this button the latest valid LoS Increase will be transferred.

Increase

2-digit code of Increase of the selected switcher in the Import Type. Possible manual correction.

Name

Name of the LoS Increase is transferred of the selected switcher in the Import Type. Possible manual correction.
