Outstanding items

 

Using the function Outstanding items, reports on outstanding or closed items can be created. This allows you to obtain an overview of outstanding items, create reports of reminders or notifications of overdue receivables, gain an overview of overdue receivables or payables and overview of items that will be overdue in a specific future time period.

Tracking outstanding items

 

PANTHEON allows you to track outstanding items by using various reports. This chapter shows how to track the outstanding items of one of Tecta's customers.

Closing outstanding items

 

 Closing outstanding items is used to close outstanding receivables/payables with payments. This chapter shows how to close outstanding items of a Tecta's customer based on a bank transfer received.
