Health and Safety at Work

In the company, it is important that employees feel safe at work and work in a suitable working environment. The module enables you to manage employees' medical examinations and inspections. The module allows you to fill in templates of forms for reporting accidents at work, or the ER–8 form, reporting dangerous occurrences or reporting occupational diseases.

This chapter presents the following use case:

Medical Examination

PANTHEON enables you to track an employee's medical examinations in the Medical Examinations panel of the Employees Register, where the data is automatically transferred. This chapter presents a case of entering a medical examination and present how to manage the employee's State of Health Records.
