Document to DMS

With the Document to DMS block, you can create a new document in Documentation with a predefined type, storage and classification.

Double-clicking the Document to DMS block opens the Document to DMS form, where you can define the form settings.

Document type

From the drop-down list, select the type of document you want to create in Documentation. You can choose from all document types available in the program.

Storage ID

From the drop-down list, select the storage to which you want to save the created document. All activated storage types are available.

Classification

From the drop-down list, select the classification of the document you want to create. You can choose from all the classifications in the Classification Plan.

Start date

Enter the date on which the document was created in Documentation.

Documentation ID:

Displays the ID key of the document after the document is created, where the next available key number is used.
