Creating a REK Form

As part of payroll, PANTHEON offers all legally prescribed forms, such as REK, KIDO-5, Form 1 -ZAP/M, ZPIZ-KID-SDČ, Requests for refunds, etc.

The information on the REK-1 statement is submitted to the tax authority by all taxpayers who pay income from employment. The taxpayer must submit the REK-1 statement to the tax authority on the day the income is paid.

WARNING

On 1.1.2023, the collective REK-O form has come into force. You can read more detailed technical instructions in the REK-O Form chapter of the technical manual, and you can find use cases HERE.
