Chat Log

The chat log chronologically displays the communication between users, when they are performing tasks.

To open the chat log, select the Chat log tab.

The Task info tab displays a diagram of the business process.

By clicking on a certain block (completed workflow) in the diagram, the related conversations for a certain step in the task are displayed.

Workflows that are executed from another workflow have a navigator, to navigate between related workflows.
