What to do when a message pops up that there are no active devices in the module Retail?

Answer:

For the module Retail to work properly, it is mandatory to set up fiscalization. Until certain settings have been defined, the correct Retail mask will not be displayed.

The most important settings for Retail include activating fiscalization for the relevant document type (usually 320), selecting the business premises and entering the device tag. The business premises must have been previously registered with the FURS.
